In addition to the main business, financial analysis and the possibility of real-time control via the company's web services are offered. The largest proportion of customers are found among small and medium-sized corporate customers in the Nordic market. The company was founded in 1972 and has its headquarters in Oulu.

Here are Juha’s comments on Talenom’s recent acquisitions.  Talenom continued its acquisitions in Spain by acquiring three small accounting firms in the Spanish Basque Country. Their combined annual revenue is approximately EUR 1.9 million annually, and the companies will become part of the group at the turn of the year. The acquisitions expand Talenom’s operations in Spain into a new and strategically important market area. Strengthening the network in Spain’s evolving accounting market is, in our opinion, strategically important for the potential of both the accounting business and Easor’s software business. These software programs, Easor, Fennoa, Netvisor, etc., are all very different from a user perspective. Additionally, their pricing models vary. It will be interesting to see if Easor is competitive in this race at all when it has to be sold to customers other than Talenom’s own. Of course, Spain (Espania) might surprise.

From the listing prospectus: “Easor’s most significant competitors are specifically Netvisor, Procountor, and Fennoa, which focus on accounting firms and the SME segment.” Fennoa, by the way, has grown at a very fast pace and profitably. Growth doesn’t seem to come very easily. In a market the size of Finland, it faces companies whose growth and profitability are already on a completely different level than Easor’s. The acquired companies will be transferred to Talenom on 1 January 2026. Ascofi Berria and Harri Berri provides accounting, payroll, tax and other advisory services mainly to SMEs in the region. The acquisitions will expand Talenom’s operations in Spain to a new and strategically important market area.The combined net sales transferred to Talenom from the acquired companies is some EUR 1.27 million annually. The companies employ a total of 26 persons who will continue to work for Talenom.
