Swiss Properties Invest A/S will present at a virtual "Introduction to the Share" event hosted by HC Andersen Capital on Tuesday, 10 June at 13:00 CET. The session is part of a broader programme of investor events the company has participated in throughout the spring as it continues to expand its dialogue with both private and professional investors in Denmark and the Nordics.
CEO Gert Mortensen will give a full walkthrough of the company, covering its history and background, the Swiss commercial property portfolio, financial targets, dividend policy, shareholder structure, and the most recent financial results. The session will also include a live Q&A where participants can put questions directly to the CEO.
Gert Mortensen joined Swiss Properties Invest at the start of 2026 after nearly three decades within in corporate finance advisory, hereof two decades as Certified Adviser on Nasdaq First North Growth Market. Since joining, a central part of his mandate has been to strengthen the company's presence on the Danish capital market and broaden the investor base.
