Subscription of Shares with Stock Options 2022
Between 20 February 2026 and 30 June 2026, a total of 93,569 Consti Plc (“Company”) new shares have been subscribed for with the Company's stock options 2022. The subscription price, a total of EUR 682,118.01, has been recognised in the reserve for invested non-restricted equity.
The subscribed new shares have been registered with the Trade Register on 27 July 2026. After the registration, the total number of shares in the Company is now 8,202,067 shares.
The new shares will be available for public trading on the regulated market of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd together with the old shares approximately as of 28 July 2026.
The share subscription period for the stock options 2022 ended on 30 June 2026.
