The board of directors of Stainless Tankers ASA (the "Company") has resolved to
distribute a dividend in the amount of USD 0.135 per share. The resolution has
been made by use of the authorisation granted by the Company's annual general
meeting on 22 May 2025.
Dividend amount: USD 0.135 per share
Announced currency: USD. The distribution will be made in NOK
Last day including right: 7 May 2026
Ex-date: 8 May 2026
Record date: 11 May 2026
Payment date: on or about 1 June 2026
Date of approval: 6 May 2026
Other information: The distribution will constitute a repayment of the Company's
paid-in capital.
