HENT AS, a subsidiary of Sentia ASA, has signed an agreement with Klubbgt 3
AS, part of Calmar Gruppen, for the rehabilitation and conversion of Klubbgata
3 in Stavanger into a hotel.
The agreement follows a completed project development phase between the
parties. The project includes the conversion and rehabilitation of the
existing building into a hotel, which will be operated by BREEZE Hotels.
-We are very pleased to have successfully completed the project development
phase and look forward to starting the construction phase together with
Klubbgt 3 AS. Rehabilitation and transformation of existing buildings is an
important market for HENT, and we look forward to contributing to the
development of a new hotel in central Stavanger, says Jan Jahren, CEO of

The contract value is approximately MNOK 156 incl. VAT. Construction will
commence in September 2026 and is scheduled for completion in September 2027.
