Valuer Holding A/S (the "the Company") has today submitted a request to Nasdaq First North Growth
Market Denmark to be delisted from trading, and is now awaiting their response. The company will
publish a company announcement in connection with the response to this request.
Please see company announcement no. 05-2023 for more information about the proposal to delist
the Company from trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark including the significance
of this for the Company's shareholders. The proposal was adopted at the Company's extraordinary
general meeting held on 16 May 2023.
