Redeye: Dala Energi (Q3 Update) - Out of the restructuring woods with focus on NAV growth

SIVIPress release17.11.2025, 09.29

Redeye provides a research update following Dala Energi’s Q3 report, published last Friday. We believe the report was largely in line from an operational point of view, except for the fact that electricity production was relatively soft. On a positive note, we believe Dala Energi is very close to being fully completed with the restructuring process, with the works of platform company Sambygden (formerly Denevis) being almost complete, while also creating a new group structure for Dala Energi. Taken together, this allows the company to shift its focus to finding new growth opportunities and utilising its SEK0.9bn cash position.
