Panostaja Group has published its 2025 Annual Report, Remuneration Policy, Remuneration Report, and Corporate Governance Statement in Finnish and English on the company's website. The Annual Report includes the Financial Statements for the financial year November 1, 2024-December 31, 2025.

The Financial Statements and Annual Report for 2025 have been published as an xHTML file in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. The main statements of the consolidated financial statements have been tagged with XBRL. Authorized Public Accountants Deloitte Oy has provided an independent auditor's reasonable assurance report in accordance with ISAE 3000 on the Panostaja Group’s ESEF Financial Statement.
As part of the annual report of the Board of Directors of Panostaja Plc, the Sustainability Report has been prepared in accordance with the EU’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). The Sustainability Report has been published only in Finnish. Deloitte Oy has performed a limited assurance engagement on the Sustainability Statement of Panostaja plc.
