Nordic Mining ASA announces that the bondholders of Engebø Rutile and Garnet AS
("ERG"), a subsidiary of Nordic Mining ASA (the "Company"), have today approved
the proposal set out in the summons for a written resolution dated 5 November
2026 for ERG's senior secured bonds (ISIN: NO0012734112).
The approved proposal provides for emergency super senior financing, amendments
to the existing bond arrangements and related royalty and intercreditor
amendments. The financing includes an initial USD 3 million in new money, with
an option for a further USD 3 million, to fund ERG's immediate working capital
requirements. Implementation remains subject to execution of the transaction
documentation and satisfaction or permitted waiver of the applicable conditions
precedent.
Further updates on implementation of the approved arrangements and the longer
-term restructuring process will be provided when available.
