The Annual Report for 2026 will be published in week 8, 2027, at the latest, and the Capital and Risk Management Report for 2026 in week 10, 2027, at the latest.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Nordea Bank Abp will be held on 24 March 2027.
In line with Nordea's dividend policy, dividends are paid twice a year. The earliest record dates for dividends in 2027 are 30 March and 19 July.
Nordea follows a silent period that lasts from the fifth banking day after a financial quarter ends until the financial report for the corresponding period has been made public.
