Would any Nixu shareholder who followed the redemption process all the way to the end care to share when the money from the redemption arrived in their account and what the interest rate calculated on the redemption price was? For example, if there were 1,000 shares, making the redemption price 13,000 euros, and 260 euros in interest was paid (gross), the interest rate would be exactly 2% (it was likely around 2.5%).

Just sell them; you will miss out on the statutory interest accrued during the arbitration proceedings, but otherwise, there are no obstacles to selling. I can almost guarantee that if you didn’t react in any way to the Affecto and Technopolis tender offers, they went through a similar arbitration process. It is part of the so-called mandatory process when a buyer’s ownership exceeds 90% and the obligation/right to redeem the remaining shares is triggered.

I didn’t accept the tender offer in the spring/summer as I was supposedly too busy with other things. Additionally, in previous cases, the Affecto and Technopolis shares left my portfolio without any specific action, which partly influenced my priorities. Now, however, the mail is bringing information about arbitration proceedings and trustees. As such, they don’t seem to require any action from me, as I’m not arguing against the process or the price. Still, my heart jumps into my throat every time a letter with a law firm’s logo drops through the mail slot. According to the provided schedule, it looks like letters will keep coming until the end of the year. Can I just dump the shares on the sell side, or do I have to see the process through now?

Furthermore, 100 percent of the Option Rights have been tendered in the Tender Offer, which together with the tendered Shares and the Shares held by the Offeror represents approximately 92.6 percent ownership of all Shares and voting rights carried by the Shares, taking into account the full dilution effect. So the offer is going through because the 90% threshold has been exceeded. The money should hit the account on June 12th, provided the information is confirmed on Thursday, but I don’t see any problem with this going through.

These are probably the most important points.

DNV has extended the offer period for its tender offer for cybersecurity services provider Nixu until 5 June 2023.

In addition, Nixu's existing loans totaling around EUR 3.9 million from third parties will be restructured with financing provided by DNV during 2023.
