The sellers of Rebo A/S have confirmed that they agree to extend the long stop date for completion of Mendole A/S' acquisition of Rebo A/S by two months. The new long stop date is 1 December 2026.
The original long stop date under the share purchase agreement was 15 September 2026. As announced in company announcement no. 23 of 23 September 2026, the debt financing of the transaction lapsed, and discussions with the sellers on completion have continued since then.
Mendole continues to work on the financing of the acquisition. The company will announce further information as soon as there are material developments.
