Maximum Entertainment AB (“Maximum Entertainment” or “the Company”) announces that the Company’s annual report for the financial year 2025 has been published without an auditor’s report.
The board of directors of Maximum Entertainment has resolved to publish the annual report for the financial year 2025 without an auditor’s report, as the signature of board member Bob Blake is missing. The Company’s auditor has completed the audit and the auditor’s report has been finalised, but it cannot be published until the annual report has been signed by all members of the board of directors.
The complete annual report, including the auditor’s report, will be published through a separate press release as soon as it has been duly signed by all members of the board of directors.
Impact on the annual general meeting
The absence of a signed annual report with an accompanying auditor’s report may affect the handling of certain matters at the annual general meeting on 10 June 2026. The items on the agenda of the annual general meeting that require an adopted annual report, such as the adoption of the income statement and balance sheet and the resolution on discharge from liability, may in light of this be addressed at a separate general meeting convened in due order. The Company will provide further information regarding the timeline and possible notice to convene such a separate general meeting.
