The Stockholm District Court (the "District Court") held a main hearing on 20-29 April 2026 regarding Humana Assistans AB's ("Humana Assistans") lawsuit against the state due to the Health and Social Care Inspectorate's ("IVO") incorrect decision to revoke Humana Assistans' permit. The District Court then announced that the verdict will be announced on 17 June 2026 at 11.00 CET.
In accordance with previous communication, Humana Assistans submitted, on 27 May 2024, a request for damage claim to the Chancellor of Justice to have the right to compensation examined for parts of the financial damage suffered by Humana Assistans due to IVO's incorrect decision on 31 January 2023 to revoke Humana Assistans's permit.
The District Court has now held a main hearing for seven days, 20-29 April, and announced at the conclusion that the verdict will be announced on 17 June 2026 at 11.00 a.m.
