The Kingfish Company has today published its 2025 Integrated Annual Report.
The publication of the Annual Report took place later than originally scheduled,
primarily because the financing discussions conducted during the first half of
2026 delayed the commencement and completion of certain parts of the year-end
reporting and audit process.
These discussions culminated in the successful completion of the Company's
financial restructuring in June 2026, significantly strengthening its balance
sheet and liquidity position. Following completion of the financing, the Company
and its auditor were able to finalise the remaining audit procedures and the
2025 Annual Report.
The Company had already provided the market with its preliminary unaudited
results for the 2025 financial year on 17 June 2026, together with its Q1 2026
business update.
The Company regrets the delay in publishing the audited Annual Report and
appreciates the patience and understanding of its shareholders and other
stakeholders throughout this process.
The Annual General Meeting will be convened shortly and is scheduled to take
place on 26 August 2026.
