Kesla Launches the New KESLA proC i Lite Control System – Cost-Effective Electric Loader Control for Everyday Forestry Work

Kesla is expanding its range of tractor loader control solutions with the launch of the new KESLA proC i Lite, a cost-effective electric control system designed to bring the benefits of modern electric loader control to an even wider range of users.

As forestry operations continue to demand higher productivity, improved ergonomics and greater ease of use, interest in electric loader control systems has grown significantly. At the same time, many customers are looking for a straightforward and affordable solution that delivers the key advantages of electric control without the need for advanced features and extensive adjustment possibilities.

The new KESLA proC i Lite has been developed to meet exactly these needs. Built on Kesla's proven proC i platform, the system offers precise and comfortable electric loader control in a simple, reliable and highly cost-effective package.

"We have seen growing demand for electric control systems from customers who value ease of use, ergonomic operation and smooth loader handling, and are looking for a balanced and cost-effective solution," says Aappo Hyttinen, Product Manager – Tractor Equipment at Kesla. "KESLA proC i Lite makes electric control more accessible by offering the most important benefits in a practical and affordable solution."

The KESLA proC i control system has been developed by Kesla to improve loader productivity, operator comfort and overall usability. The system will be available across the entire KESLA tractor loader range, offering flexibility for a wide variety of configurations and operational requirements.

The new KESLA proC i Lite delivers the essential advantages of electric loader control through a carefully selected feature package, including:

  • ergonomic mini levers as standard,
  • smooth and precise loader operation,
  • factory pre-set parameters for quick commissioning,
  • reliable and proven KESLA proC i control,
  • cost-effective solution for everyday forestry work,
  • upgradeable architecture allowing a display to be added later if required.

The KESLA proC i now consists of three alternatives designed to meet different customer needs.

The flagship KESLA proC i Smart offers the most versatile and user-friendly tractor loader control system on the market. Equipped with a 5-inch display, tip control functionality and electronic end cushioning of the cylinders, SMART is designed to maximise loader productivity while offering extensive adjustment possibilities.

KESLA proC i Basic provides the same modern electric control platform and reliability as the SMART version, but without tip control and electronic end cushioning. It is an ideal solution for customers who appreciate straightforward functionality combined with the benefits of electric control.

The new KESLA proC i Lite focuses on simplicity and cost-efficiency. Delivered without a display and with parameters pre-configured at the factory, it offers a ready-to-work solution while retaining the possibility for future upgrades as customer requirements evolve.

The official launch of KESLA proC i Lite takes place at FinnMETKO 2026, where visitors can experience the system in operation together with the KESLA 224 loader and discuss its features with Kesla's experts. Sales will begin immediately following the launch, and the system will be available through Kesla's dealer network in all markets.

Despite the previously announced tractor equipment product group divestment process, Kesla continues to operate and serve customers in the tractor equipment segment normally. Product development, sales, after-sales services and customer support remain unchanged during the process.

The launch of KESLA proC i Lite expands Kesla's range of electric control solutions, providing customers with a practical and cost-effective alternative for everyday forestry work.
