JM starting production of housing in Nacka

JM has started production of the Freya project, which comprises 101 freehold apartments.

Freya constitutes the second phase of JM’s freehold apartments in Nacka and consists of five stairwells with underlying garage, located next to Nacka Strand and Nacka Forum in a central location close to the upcoming metro extension. Sales are underway and occupancy is expected to start in the first quarter of 2028, with estimated completion in the summer of 2028. The housing start is reported within the JM Stockholm business segment in the second quarter of 2026.

This is JMs fifth and final housing start in the area, which will in total comprise approximately 380 residential units as well as commercial premises distributed across two blocks.

– We have now started production of the Freya project and look forward to completing the block with a further just over 100 residential units, which will be one of the first projects with freehold apartments in Nacka. The block has an excellent location in an attractive residential area with proximity to public transport, workplaces and services, says Erik Ragnerstam, Regional manager Greater Stockholm, JM Stockholm.
