Invitation to the webcast of Embracer Group’s Annual General Meeting

Embracer Group hereby invites shareholders and other stakeholders to follow the Annual General Meeting (AGM) via live webcast on September 24, 2026.

Time: 14:30~16:00 (CEST)
Webcast: The AGM will be streamed live here.

The AGM program includes an operations overview presented by CEO Phil Rogers and Group CFO Müge Bouillon. This will be followed by additional presentations, and the AGM will conclude with a Q&A session. Jacob Edler, Equity Research Analyst at Danske Bank, will be the host and lead the Q&A session.

Questions can be submitted in advance to ir@embracer.com or asked during the webcast via the message board.
