The Board of Directors of Hemnet Group AB (publ) ("Hemnet" or the "Company") has decided to pause the share buy-back programme of up to SEK 600 million, which was launched on 8 May 2026 following authorisation by the Annual General Meeting. The pause will take effect from 14 September 2026.

The decision to pause the buy-back programme has been taken to provide Hemnet with full financial flexibility during a transformative phase. During 2026, Hemnet has launched, and continues to develop, a number of strategic initiatives to address changing market conditions and secure its position as the leading and most value-creating property platform for real estate agents, sellers, and buyers.

Should the buy-back programme be resumed, the Company will announce this separately.

From the launch of the buy-back programme through 4 September 2026, a total of 2,102,950 shares have been repurchased under the programme for an aggregate amount of SEK 189,319,588 million. As of 4 September 2026, Hemnet holds 3,064,110 treasury shares. The total number of shares in the Company is 92,625,346.
