20 October 2026 - HAV Group's water treatment systems business has been chosen
to deliver water treatment systems to a series of new live fish carriers that
will be built with MMC First Process as a complete fish handling system
integrator.
The subsidiary will deliver the treatment system as a subcontractor to MMC First
Process.
As part of its scope of work, HAV Group's water treatment system business will
supply a filter- and UV-based process water treatment system to each of the
vessels in the series.

and processing solutions that manage seafood effectively, sustainably and
carefully, and we believe that our water treatment products is a good match for
their system architecture," says Thor Valsø-Jørgensen, interim managing director
of HAV Group's water treatment business.
HAV Group's water treatment systems business will deliver the equipment during
2027 and 2028.
The contract value is approximately NOK 25 million for the committed deliveries.

MMC First Process is a natural part of this strategy, enabling us to deliver
specialized water treatment technology as part of integrated fish handling
systems for wellboats," says Gunnar Larsen, CEO of HAV Group.
HAV Group's contract party is Norwegian Greentech AS, which is a supplier of
ballast water treatment systems and other systems for purification of water for
use in the aquaculture industry and in the maritime sector.
