'Milestone 1' cashflow improvements achieved in the first quarter via ENS 1 leasing refinance and satisfaction of ENFO 25's FIT overpayment from 2024. Milestone 2' legal targets achieved as EAM saw success in both Arbitration appeal proceedings, receiving positive decisions before the Court of Cassation and the Court of Appeal. The Summer 2026 rights offering was fully subscribed at NOK 55m, having received subscriptions for over NOK 100m. An amicable settlement agreement was reached with Intesa Sanpaolo.
