<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>Gränges has successfully issued two five-year senior unsecured green bonds with a combined size of SEK 600 million under the company’s Medium-Term Note (MTN) program. Of the total amount, SEK 400 million carries a coupon of 3-month Stibor plus 1.25 percent, and SEK 200 million carries a fixed coupon of 4.15 percent. The bonds mature in 2031.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>The proceeds from the green bonds will be allocated to eligible green projects in accordance with Gränges’ Green Finance Framework.</p><p>“We are pleased to once again see strong interest from our investor base. This reflects confidence in our strategic direction and sustainability ambitions,” said Gränges’ CFO, Oskar Hellström.</p><p>In connection with the issuance, Gränges repurchased SEK 416 million of its outstanding Sustainability-Linked Bond due in September 2026. </p><p>Nordea and SEB acted as Joint Lead Managers on the transaction.</p><p>Gränges published an updated Green Finance Framework on October 31, 2024.
