In connection with its second-quarter presentation on 17 July 2026, Goodtech ASA (the "Company") communicated its intention to distribute approximately NOK 60 million of excess capital, and that the exact structure and timing of the distribution would be communicated before the end of Q3 2026.
The Board has today, 17 September 2026, decided to propose a supplemental dividend of NOK 2.00 per share for the year 2025 to be resolved by an extraordinary general meeting which the Company will convene for this purpose shortly.
