15.10.2026 07:02:07 CEST | Entra ASA | Total number of voting rights and capital

The Board of Directors of Entra ASA ("Entra" or the "Company") has resolved to establish a share buy-back programme comprising up to NOK 200 million as capital distribution for the first half of 2026. The programme will be limited to a maximum of 2,718,710 shares, which corresponds to 1.5 per cent of the Company’s outstanding shares (the "Programme"). The Programme will be carried out in accordance with the authorisation to acquire own shares granted to the Board of Directors by the Annual General Meeting held on 21 April 2026.

The purpose of the Programme is to improve shareholder returns by distributing capital to shareholders, by reducing the issued share capital of the company. This is in line with the Company's dividend policy.

The Programme will end no later than 1 April 2027. Entra will mandate a broker to manage the Programme on behalf of the Company. The broker will decide the timing of the share purchases discretionally and independently of the Company. The name of the broker and the date on which purchases commence will be announced in a separate stock exchange announcement before any purchases are made under the Programme.

The shares that are purchased under the Programme will be proposed cancelled at a future General Meeting.

The Programme will be carried out in accordance with Article 5 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council of 16 April 2014 (the "Market Abuse Regulation") and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of 8 March 2016 (together with the Market Abuse Regulation, the "Safe Harbour Rules").

Prior to commencement of the Programme, Entra ASA holds no treasury shares.
