<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>As previously announced, Aurdel Sweden AB, a subsidiary of DistIT AB (publ) ("DistIT") has entered into a conditional agreement for the sale of 100 percent of the shares in the Lithuanian subsidiary Deltaco Baltic UAB to ELKO Grupa AS (ELKO Group), a leading IT and CE distributor in the Nordic region and Central Eastern Europe, headquartered in Riga, Latvia.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>The sale price amounts to 3 MEUR and the transaction is subject customary regulatory approvals.</p><p>Today, a final Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) and a Distribution Agreement were signed between Aurdel Sweden AB and ELKO Group. ELKO will continue to distribute Aurdel's own brands (EMV) in the Baltics as Aurdel's local partner.&nbsp;Through its already established channels in the three Baltic countries, ELKO sees great potential to increase sales of Aurdel's EMV products as well as of Deltaco Baltic's white goods.</p><p>Deltaco Baltic UAB is a distributor of mainly large and small appliances (MDA and SDA) as well as accessories for computers, laptops, mobile phones and tablets, headquartered in Kaunas, Lithuania. The products are mainly sold to other retailers in the B2B market and to a number of retail chains in the Baltic States.
