Diös Fastigheter publishes Annual Report for 2025

The Swedish version of Diös’ Annual Report for 2025 has been published and is now available on the company’s website, dios.se.

“During 2025, we demonstrated strong execution. Property management income increased by 10 per cent and net leasing for the full year was positive, driven by high activity in our centrally located properties. We continued to carry out profitable investments in both existing properties and new developments. At the same time, we strengthened our balance sheet through a lower average interest rate and reduced loan-to-value ratio. In addition, we continued to complete transactions aimed at concentrating our ownership in central locations and enabling profitable growth. In total, we acquired properties for SEK 1.8 billion and divested properties for SEK 1.6 billion. All divestments were completed at or above book value, validating our property values. We enter 2026 from a position of strength. The market is demanding modern, centrally located premises and regional cities continue to grow,” says David Carlsson, CEO, Diös.
