Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Dellia Group ASA
("Dellia" or the "Company") on 18 September 2026 regarding completion of the
acquisition of Kirirom Food Production (K.F.P) Co., Ltd., pursuant to which part
of the purchase price to the seller, Dalis Chhorn, was to be settled through a
share capital increase by the issuance of 2,481,672 new shares in the Company.
The share capital increase in Dellia has now been registered with the Norwegian
Register of Business Enterprises:
- Share capital: NOK 5,770,209 (new)
- Total number of shares: 46,161,672 (new)
- Par value per share: NOK 0.125
