Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements published by Barramundi
Group Ltd. (the "Company") on 1 October 2025 regarding the registration of share
capital increase and mandatory notification of trade by primary insiders and
close associates.
The following allocations have been made to primary insiders and close
associates of primary insiders in the Private Placement:
o Andrew Kwan Kok Tiong, Board Member of the Company, has been allocated
38,381,851 shares in the Private Placement of the Company at a subscription
price of SGD 0.0289 per share. Following this transaction, he holds a total of
42,809,672 shares in the Company, corresponding to approximately 24.4% of the
outstanding shares and votes.
o Warif Holdings Limited, a close associate of Khairuddin Abd Hamid, Board
Member of the Company, has been allocated 38,381,851 shares in the Private
Placement of the Company at a subscription price of SGD 0.0289 per share.
Following this transaction, they hold a total of 42,751,519 shares in the
Company, corresponding to approximately 24.3% of the outstanding shares and
votes.
