Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Circio Holding ASA (the "Company") on 15 September 2026, regarding key information relating to a potential subsequent offering of up to 16,865,000 new shares in the Company (the "Subsequent Offering").

The shares in Company will be traded exclusive of the right to participate in the Subsequent Offering from and including today, 15 September 2026.
