On 22 September 2026, the extraordinary general meeting in Evolution AB (publ) resolved on a cancellation of up to 19,922,661 own shares held by the company in treasury at the time of the general meeting. A cancellation of 16,168,492 own shares was completed during September 2026. As of 30 September 2026, following the cancellation of shares, the number of shares and votes in Evolution AB (publ) amounts to 183,058,121.
