BONESUPPORT HOLDING AB (LEI CODE: 549300COLY053IGTLD63) ("BONESUPPORT") has during October 26, 2026 up to and including October 30, 2026 repurchased a total of 11,500 own ordinary shares (ISIN: SE0009858152) as part of the buy-back program initiated by BONESUPPORT on September 1, 2026. The buy-back program is now completed and has been closed.
The repurchases were part of the buy-back program of maximum SEK 100 million announced by BONESUPPORT on September 1, 2026 and which started on September 1, 2026 and ended on October 30, 2026. The buy-back program was carried out for the purpose of adapting BONESUPPORT’s capital structure to the company’s capital needs and thereby contribute to increased shareholder value. The repurchases were carried out in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014 ("MAR") and the European Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 (the "Safe Harbour Regulation").

As of October 30, 2026, the total number of shares in BONESUPPORT, including treasury shares, is 66,764,350, of which 65,859,195 are ordinary shares and 905,155 are Series C shares. The total number of outstanding shares in BONESUPPORT, excluding treasury shares, is 65,057,375, all of which are ordinary shares.
