The board of directors of BEWI ASA (BEWI or the company) has resolved to propose
an extraordinary cash dividend of NOK 1.15 per share, based on the company's
approved annual accounts for 2025.
The proposed dividend is subject to approval by an extraordinary general
meeting, expected to be held on 1 December 2026. Subject to such approval, the
dividend is expected to be paid in NOK on or about 7 December 2026.
