Bergen Carbon Solutions AS has on March 20th granted 750,000 stock options to
employees at a strike price of NOK 3.26 per share. The strike price for the
options granted is based on the volume-weighted average price for the 10 trading
days before award date.
First 30% of the vested options can be exercised after two years, remaining 70%
can be exercised after three years. Expiry date for all options is after five
years (March 2031). Each stock option corresponds to one share.
The following primary insiders of Bergen Carbon Solutions have been awarded
stock options as part of the grant:
o Odd Strømsnes, CEO: 150,000 options
o Karina Brudeseth, CFO: 60,000 options
o Fredrik Øksnes, CCO: 60,000 options
After this award:
o Strømsnes, CEO, holds 590,000 stock options and 30,000 shares
o Brudeseth, CFO, holds 265,000 stock options
o Øksnes, CCO, holds 265,000 stock options
in Bergen Carbon Solutions AS.
Bergen Carbon Solutions has granted a total of 2,835,000 stock options under the
