Håkon Reistad Fure, Chair of the Board of Directors of Arribatec Group ASA (the
"Company"), has today, through his wholly owned company Company One AS, acquired
280,650 shares in the Company at an average price of NOK 5.7089 per share, a
total consideration of NOK 1,602,202.79. The transaction was carried out on Oslo
Børs (XOSL) on 27 August 2026.
Prior to the transaction, Company One AS held 6,719,350 shares in the Company,
representing approximately 9.74% of the outstanding shares. Following the
transaction, Company One AS holds 7,000,000 shares, representing approximately
10.15% of the Company's 68,978,676 outstanding shares and voting rights. Through
this acquisition, Company One AS has crossed the 10% threshold of the Company's
share capital and voting rights.
