Lysaker, 9 October 2025Reference is made to the ordinary general meeting of AMSC ASA (under liquidation) (the Company) held on 24 April 2025, where the general meeting resolved to liquidate the Company. The Company's board of directors has in accordance with the Norwegian Public Limited Liability Companies Act section 16-9 resolved to distribute a liquidation dividend to its shareholders in the amount of NOK 1.481 per share (NOK 106 430&nbsp;344 in total).Following distribution of the liquidation dividend and subject to approval of the liquidation settlement by the Company's extraordinary general meeting to be held on 30 October 2025, the Company will have no remaining assets and will be finally liquidated.Dividend amount: 1.481 per shareDeclared currency: NOKLast day including right: 20 October 2025 Ex-date: 21 October 2025 Record date: 22 October 2025 Payment date: on or about 29 October 2025 Date of approval: 8 October 2025 Euronext Oslo Børs has decided that a suspension of the trading of the Company's shares will be implemented from and including the Ex-date, 21 October 2025.This information is published in accordance with the requirements of the Continuing Obligations.<div></div>
