CEO’S COMMENTS
Dear Shareholders,
The first half of 2026 has largely been about continued cost control, more focused use of resources, and creating a clearer financial and structural foundation for Abelco’s continued transformation.
Financial and Structural Development
As part of this work, in connection with the 2025 Annual Report, an overall assessment was carried out of the value of holdings and receivables, resulting in impairment charges and a more accurate view of the Company’s financial position. During the period, the Company also entered into a bridge loan of up to SEK 0.5 million to strengthen working capital.
At the Annual General Meeting on 30 June 2026, resolutions were adopted, among other matters, regarding a reduction of the share capital, amendments to the Articles of Association, and authorisation for the Board of Directors to resolve on future share issues. At the meeting, Dr Liu Zhucheng was also elected as a new Board member, bringing experience in finance and investments as well as an international perspective.
After the End of the Period
After the end of the period, the resolutions from the Annual General Meeting were implemented through registration with the Swedish Companies Registration Office. The new Articles of Association have been registered, the share capital has been reduced from approximately SEK 35.1 million to SEK 4.0 million, and the authorisation regarding future share issues has entered into force. These measures have adjusted the Company’s capital structure and increased its financial flexibility.
Development of Our Holdings
In parallel, the Company’s holdings continue to make progress. NexusIgnite Inc. has entered into a strategic partnership with Infiflex Technologies for the development of AI-based cloud infrastructure in India, while ASEAN Fintech Group Ltd. continues to work on the strategic development of its portfolio and a divestment of its holding in BetterPay.
The Road Ahead
The structural conditions for the next phase are now in place. Going forward, the focus is on further developing the investment portfolio, strengthening financial flexibility, and creating conditions for new investments. Together with the Board of Directors and the Company’s advisers, we are now continuing to advance Abelco’s business strategy, with a focus on financing alternatives, portfolio development, and new investment opportunities.
In closing, I would like to thank our shareholders for your continued confidence and look forward to keeping you updated on Abelco’s continued development.
Stockholm, 28 August 2026

CEO, Abelco Investment Group
