Vi havde i dag fornøjelsen af sammen med bestyrelsesformand Christian Vinding at gennemgå afgørelsen, hvor Pharma Equity Group af Voldgiftsretten under Det Danske Voldgiftsinstitut har fået fuldt medhold i sagen mod Interpatium og er tilkendt EUR 10,5 mio.

Fokus på eventet og i Q&A var blandt andet på fuldbyrdelsesmulighed, betalingsevne hos modparten og næste skridt i processen.
