Lemonsoft announced on Tuesday that it will initiate change negotiations  aimed at securing the company's long-term profitable growth and competitiveness in an operating environment where customer expectations, the competitive landscape, and working methods are changing rapidly. The negotiations cover 134 employees of the parent company, and the reduction of a maximum of 9 people out of the group's total workforce of 183 corresponds to approximately 5%. The company estimates annual cost savings of 0.5 MEUR. Lemonsoft's strategy aims for profitable growth, so the continuous pursuit of efficiency is logical.
