Vincit meddelte onsdag, at selskabet indleder fyringsrunder i Finland for at tilpasse organisationsstrukturen til AI-transformationen og for at tilpasse medarbejderantallet til den nuværende markedssituation. Nyheden er helt i tråd med vores tidligere forventninger, da vi i forbindelse med Q4-rapporten i februar havde vurderet, at selskabet ville blive nødt til at reducere medarbejderantallet i det løbende år. Det anslåede behov for reduktion på maksimalt 45 personer svarer godt til den reduktion på ca. 40 medarbejdere, der allerede var indregnet i vores estimater, og nyheden giver derfor ikke anledning til ændringer i vores prognoser. Omstillingsforhandlingerne vedrører det fakturerbare personale i Vincits serviceforretning på alle lokationer i Finland og omfatter cirka 375 medarbejdere. Behovet for personalereduktioner anslås at være maksimalt 45 personer. Omstillingsforhandlingerne indledes den 9. marts 2026 og forventes at vare tre uger. Vincit kommunikerer åbent med sine medarbejdere om situationen gennem hele forhandlingsprocessen og informerer om resultatet, når forhandlingerne er afsluttet. I løbet af årets begyndelse er Vincits organisationsstruktur allerede blevet slanket med 10 personer i roller inden for ledelse, salg og forretningsstøtte.

Her er en selskabsrapport om Vincit fra Joni efter Q4-resultatet  Vi gentager vores reducer-anbefaling for aktien og vores kursmål på 1,35 euro. Vincits omsætning faldt som ventet fortsat kraftigt i Q4. Effektiviseringsforanstaltningerne bed dog lidt bedre end forventet, og resultatet oversteg vores forventninger en smule. Selskabet guidede kun for en forbedring af lønsomheden, og dermed er der fortsat usikkerhed forbundet med vendingen i omsætningen. Dette holder risikoen for en effektiviseringsspiral i live og gør aktiens afkast/risiko-forhold ugunstigt. Accept af en højere værdiansættelse ville kræve bedre sigtbarhed over en bæredygtig vending i resultatet.
