Renterne kom også (i hvert fald i Nordnet). De ville nå at akkumulere 0,618529 €/aktie.

Pengene fra Purmo kom ind på kontoen i dag, dvs. 11,98€/aktie (ifølge mæglerafgørelsen). Der er endnu ikke dukket renter op i Nordnet, men ifølge mine beregninger skulle der akkumuleres ca. 0,62€/aktie af dem.

Juu, on kyllä hyvinkin pieni korotus, kun katsoo koko Purmon ostoon käytetyistä rahoista.  Roschierin laskutus on myös oletettavasti sen suuruista, että Bidco ei todennäköisesti halua enempää sieltä suunnasta laskuja.  Jos kuitenkin joku tästä valittaisi, niin kuka taho tästä ilmoittaa vähemmistöosakkeenomistajille ja edustaisiko uskottu mies silloinkin vähemmistöosakkeenomistajia?

Mahdollista se toki on, mutta kannattaa muistaa, että tässä puhutaan 0.8 millin korotuksesta kun ostotarjouksen kokonaishinta oli mitä, 500 miljoonaa. Ja toki tällöin ottaa riskin, että myös vähemmistöomistajista löytyy valittajia ja ylempi oikeusaste määrää korkeamman lunastushinnan ja oikeudenkäyntikulut päälle. Ahlstromissa on käyty 2021 ostotarjouksen jälkeen vieläkin oikeutta, siinä ostaja ei ollut näin varakas kuin Purmossa ja riitasumma moninkertainen

Merkittävä korotus lunastushintaan. Onko realistista, että Bidco lähtisi valittamaan tästä tuomiosta?

Välitystuomio tuli tänään sähköpostilla aktiiviseksi ilmoittautuneille vähemmistöomistajille. Kahden viikon kuluessa tuomio rekisteröidään ja silloin se lienee julkisesti saatavilla.

This is due to the fact that the regulatory approvals will not be obtained by the previous deadline (June 20), but the bidder expects to obtain them at the beginning of July.

Purmo announced this morning that the consortium Project Grand Bidco, which has made a tender offer for the company&apos;s shares, will extend the offer period until July 15. This is due to the fact that the regulatory approvals will not be obtained by the previous deadline (June 20), but the bidder expects to obtain them at the beginning of July. At the same time, the extension of the offer period will allow more time for a possible competing offer from Haier, whose non-binding offer was&#xa0;<a href="https://investors.purmogroup.com/press-release/inside-information-purmo-group-plc-confirms-receiving-a-preliminary-non-binding-indication-of-interest-from-haier/">first announced at the end of May</a>.
<h2>Partly priced by the market at a higher offer</h2>
The current offer from the consortium of private equity investor Apollo and Rettig (Project Grand Bidco) is EUR 9.91 for all parties except Rettig (who will be paid EUR 8.91). Haier&apos;s non-binding and preliminary interest is to offer EUR 11.0 per share. However, Haier has not yet formally announced its intention to make a tender offer. More than 90% of the shares have already been committed to the tender offer by the Apollo and Rettig consortium, so in the absence of a higher offer, the deal is likely to be completed in July, after regulatory approvals have been obtained. However, those who have committed to the offer may withdraw their commitment if a higher offer is made for the shares. The current market is partly valuing a higher offer, with the share price hovering around EUR 10.5, which seems to us to be a relatively reasonable price in the current situation. The extension of the tender offer also means that Purmo&apos;s Q2 results, which are due on July 17, will be reported before the tender offer closes.
