Haier announced yesterday that it will postpone the publication of the tender offer document and the start of the offer period for its bid for Purmo. However, the company said this would happen in the near future. The original offer document was scheduled to be published on July 29, with an expected commencement date of July 30 and an expected expiration date of October 8. The change in the timetable for the publication of Haier&apos;s tender offer is a consequence of the announcement by the Purmo Board&#xa0;<a href="https://www.inderes.se/analyst-comments/a-new-twist-in-purmos-bid-saga">that it will continue to recommend the lower offer</a> and <a href="https://www.inderes.se/analyst-comments/haier-which-has-made-a-competing-offer-for-purmo-has-announced-that-it-intends-to-continue-its-negotiations-with-the-companys-board">Haier&apos;s intention to continue negotiations</a> with the Purmo Board. The offer period of Grand Bidco, which submitted the lower tender offer recommended by the Purmo Board, is valid until 4.00 pm EEST on July 31, 2024.
