Today, Columbus announced that the strategic review has been completed. The company&apos;s Board of Directors concluded that an obtainable premium from a potential ownership change of the company was not at a satisfactory level due to the volatility in global financial markets from the increased macroeconomic uncertainty.&#xa0;
However, Columbus highlights that the current uncertainty and slowdown in M&amp;A transactions also provide acquisition opportunities for the company, which is also a part of the company&#x2019;s strategy, &#x2018;New Heights&#x2019;. Potential acquisitions can support the company&#x2019;s growth opportunities and margin improvement plan as outlined in the EBITDA15 program. Moreover, Columbus also highlights in today&apos;s announcement that the introduction of the agentic workforce is a significant growth driver in the coming years.
