GreenMobility is expected to release its Q1 2026 Trading Statement on 16 April 2026. On 17 April at 10:00 CET, CEO Kasper Gjedsted will present the results and answer questions in a live online event.

The Q1 update will be the first financial update following a strong 2025, in which GreenMobility delivered revenue of DKK 153.9m (+20%), EBITDA of DKK 54.0m (+57%, margin 35.1%), and a net profit of DKK 33.2m — all above the top end of the company's most recently upgraded full-year guidance. The balance sheet was equally transformed, with equity rising from DKK 2.1m to DKK 35.6m and the solvency ratio reaching 21.9%.

For 2026, GreenMobility has guided for revenue growth of 8–12% and EBITDA growth of 12–16%, in line with the company's Strategy 2028 ambitions.

Beyond the headline financials and how the year has started relative to the 2026 guidance range, focus for the Q1 event is expected to center on the progress of the fleet expansion announced alongside the annual report in March. The company is in the process of rolling out up to 185 new vehicles in Copenhagen, approximately 10% growth in the total fleet, and fully lease-financed The rollout represents the most concrete step yet toward the Strategy 2028 targets, and investors will be watching closely for an update on deployment progress and early indications of utilization rates.
