GreenMobility: Presentation of preliminary 2025 results and 2026 guidance

In connection with GreenMobility’s announcement of preliminary (non-audited) 2025 numbers and initial guidance for 2026, GreenMobility will host a live online event on 29 January at 14:00 CET, where CEO Kasper Gjedsted will walk through the update and answer questions.

Since the Q3 2025 trading statement, GreenMobility has continued to build momentum around its profitability trajectory and strategic direction. This includes the Strategy 2028 update with mid-term financial ambitions, a non-binding LOI related to autonomous vehicles, and several upward revisions to 2025 expectations culminating in the latest guidance range in December, ahead of the preliminary results.

The preliminary 2025 figures indicate revenue of DKK 154m (20% growth vs. 2024) and EBITDA of DKK 53m (55% growth), implying delivery above the latest 2025 guidance of 17–19% revenue growth and 47–52% EBITDA growth. The company also reported about a strengthened balance sheet with equity of DKK 35m and a solvency ratio of 21% (from 1% in 2024).

For 2026, GreenMobility guides for 8–12% revenue growth and 12–16% EBITDA growth. Notably, these ranges align with the company’s Strategy 2028 financial ambitions, and the event may therefore also focus on management’s assumptions for delivering this trajectory after the strong step-up in 2024–2025.
