GreenMobility has announced its new financial targets and strategy towards 2028.

On 18 November 2025 at 09:00, CEO Kasper Gjedsted will present the strategy update and host a Q&A session to discuss the company’s future plans and priorities.

Its strategy towards 2028, is guiding for an average annual revenue growth of 8–12% and EBITDA growth of 12–16%. The strategy focuses on capturing continued growth opportunities in the Danish market, introducing new technological solutions – including the next generation of its customer platform – and maintaining strict control over resources and costs. During the same period, the company will also prepare for the introduction of autonomous vehicles.

The strategic plan can be executed within the current capital base. GreenMobility also announced a new capital allocation strategy, under which it will return capital to shareholders once the equity ratio exceeds 20% (it stood at 8% in H1 2025). The company will seek approval at the next Annual General Meeting to initiate a share buyback program.
