GomSpace is expected to release its Q3 2026 trading statement on 5 November 2026. On the same day at 11:00 CET, GomSpace's CEO, Carsten Drachmann, will present the results in a live online event, followed by a Q&A session.

In the first half of 2026, GomSpace grew revenue by 30% year-on-year to SEK 239.4m, with second-quarter revenue up 17% to SEK 112.6m. EBITDA improved to SEK 25.5m (SEK 30.1m adjusted), corresponding to a margin of 11%, and EBIT turned positive at SEK 7.9m. Order intake was softer at SEK 257.6m in H1, down 18%, while the external order backlog stood at SEK 414.9m at the end of June. Management attributes the lower backlog partly to faster conversion of orders into revenue. Free cash flow was SEK -102.6m, in line with planned scaling investments, and cash improved to SEK 183.9m after Peter Hargreaves' exercise of warrants, which lifted the equity ratio from 32% to 41%.

Full-year guidance of SEK 540–640m revenue and an adjusted EBITDA margin of 5–12% was maintained at the half-year mark. H1 revenue represents around 41% of the guidance midpoint, implying that the second half needs to deliver roughly SEK 350m at the midpoint and around SEK 300m at the lower end. The Q3 statement therefore becomes the most important checkpoint of the year on whether the revenue ramp is materialising, while the 11% H1 margin tracks in the upper half of the guided range.

Since the Q2 report, GomSpace has announced a 2.4 MUSD (22.6 MSEK) platform kit order from an undisclosed US defense customer, a 3.8 MEUR (42.2 MSEK) multi-phased partnership agreement with a new EMEA customer covering satellite missions, mission services, platform kits and standard products, a selection by D-Orbit for power systems, an MoU with King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals in Saudi Arabia, and participation in an ESA-funded study for a future Arctic maritime communication constellation.

Beyond the financials, focus is likely to be on order intake momentum and backlog development, the first revenue contribution from National & Defence Solutions, the planned UASAT test satellite launch in autumn 2026, working capital and cash flow, and any update on the past-due receivable, which was reduced by around 22% to SEK 114m during the first half.

Founded in 2007, GomSpace is a space company that manufactures and supplies hardware and software for satellite solutions within the nanosatellite and microsatellite segments. The company operates through five business units (Products, Satellite Systems, National & Defence Solutions, Advanced Missions, and North America) and serves customers in more than 60 countries. GomSpace is listed on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market in Stockholm under the ticker GOMX.
