Prisma visar fortsatt underliggande styrka trots hög expansionstakt. Bolaget är verksamt inom externa handelslägen, ett av få växande fastighetssegment, med fokus på stabil lågpris- och dagligvaruhandel. I Q2 2026 ökade intäkterna med 39 procent, driftnettot med 41 procent samt förvaltnings- och nettoresultatet med 46 procent. Hyresintäkterna steg 35 procent. Expansionen fokuseras framöver på Finland, följt av Sverige och Danmark, medan Norge har lämnats. Fastighetsvärdet ökade med nära 1 miljard till 10,9 miljarder kronor.
