Zalaris ASA: Revenue stable in constant currency; reported EBIT affected by transaction-related costs

Zalaris ASA (OSE:ZAL) Total revenue of NOK 344 million, with an adjusted EBIT of NOK 38 million.

Reported revenue for the quarter was NOK 344.2million, down 4.9% from NOK 361.9 million in the same quarter last year and up 0.5% in constant currency.

Adjusted EBIT* was NOK 37.6 million, corresponding to a 10.9% margin for the quarter, comparted to NOK 44.3 million last year.  

Reported EBIT was negative NOK 14.6 million, compared with positive NOK 36.6 million last year, mainly due to advisory and share-based payment costs related to the acquisition by Kona BidCo AS.
