Wihlborgs has signed a lease agreement with radar technology company Weibel Scientific A/S for approximately 9,400 square metres at the property located at Sortemosevej 2 in Allerød, north of Copenhagen. Occupancy will commence on 1 October 2026.
With this lease, the property is now fully let. The lease has an initial term ending on 31 December 2030.
Weibel Scientific develops and manufactures advanced radar systems for the defence and security sectors. The company has experienced strong growth in recent years and will now consolidate several of its business functions at the property on Sortemosevej.
The property is located in Allerød, an established business area with excellent access to the Greater Copenhagen region.
