Vitec’s Annual Report 2025 has been published

Vitec Software Group AB (publ) today publishes its Annual Report for 2025.

The Annual Report provides a comprehensive overview of the Group’s performance during the year and describes Vitec’s business model, corporate culture and values, financial results, corporate governance, and sustainability efforts. It also outlines Vitec’s work in innovation and product development and how the company’s products create value for customers, stakeholders, and society at large.

CEO comments
2025 was a year marked by uncertainty in the world, yet Vitec continued to deliver stable operational progress. CEO and President Olle Backman notes that net sales increased by 9 percent to SEK 3,633 million, driven by completed acquisitions and steady organic growth in subscription-based recurring revenue.

Olle Backman further emphasizes the importance of a long-term business model and of being both stable and agile, providing a foundation for continued growth. The ongoing technology shift—and the opportunities enabled by AI—is being integrated broadly across all operations.

Increased dividend
Vitec’s Board of Directors has recommended an increased dividend for the 24th consecutive year. In line with Vitec’s dividend policy, the Board proposes a dividend of SEK 3.68 per share. This underscores the company’s continued commitment to its shareholders.
